These Terms of Service govern your use of the MV Surface Works website and the services we provide. By using our site or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms.
Our Services
We provide on-site restoration and refinishing of brass, stainless steel, and similar metal surfaces, including kick plates, doors, and hardware. Work is performed in place at your location. Results may vary depending on the existing condition of the surface.
Quotes and Pricing
Prices listed on our pricing page are estimates based on volume and are shown before any applicable discount. A final quote is provided after we review your project details. Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote.
Pre-Launch Discount
The 20% pre-launch discount applies to eligible projects reserved before the service rolls out in September. The discount cannot be combined with other offers and may be changed or withdrawn before launch.
Scheduling and Site Access
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area at the scheduled time. Delays caused by lack of access may affect timing and cost.
Payment
Payment is due as set out in your quote or invoice. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MV Surface Works is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
