The MV Surface Works Preservation Program is a proactive maintenance service designed exclusively for surfaces previously restored or refinished by MV Surface Works. Through scheduled inspections, cleaning, protective treatments, and preventative maintenance, we help extend the appearance and service life of your restored assets while reducing future restoration costs.

Terms
- The Preservation Program is available exclusively for surfaces previously restored, refinished, or maintained by MV Surface Works.
- Project quantities are determined solely by MV Surface Works based on the scope, complexity, location, accessibility, and service requirements of the restored assets. Whether work is classified as a single project or multiple projects shall be defined and documented within the applicable Preservation Agreement.
- Services included under the Preservation Program are intended for routine maintenance, cleaning, inspection, and preventative care. Significant damage, vandalism, misuse, neglect, environmental contamination, or major restoration work may require additional services outside the scope of the Preservation Agreement.
